I’ve been a big fan of GetListed.org since it was purchased by SEOMoz last winter.

They offer a quick and easy way to see where your business shows up locally.

A few days ago I noticed that all of my saved projects had disappeared.  Not being sure what had happened I re-added all my projects.  It took about 15 minutes and after that all was well.

The next day I got the following email. Turns that GetListed.org was getting a facelift.  Hopefully, this explained the lost projects in my dashboard.

We’re excited to announce the release of a new version of GetListed.org! While we haven’t included any new functionality in this update, we’ve improved the user experience on several fronts:

Faster business lookups. We’ve cut our average response time in half!

More consistent results. You can now establish canonical listing information to get a more accurate Listing Score over time.

Improved listing snapshot interface. We’ve combined the Snapshot, Accuracy, and Details pages into one streamlined view.

Cleaner dashboard interface. Your dashboard is now more navigable with a sleek new user experience.

The best way to see all the changes in action is to run a business search for yourself. You can submit feedback directly through a handy tab on the right side of the app!

The overall design was cleaner and the response time does seem faster to me.  With Local SEO becoming increasingly important this Website will become an important tool in every SEO or business owner’s tool box.
