Yes – to get all the benefits of our service, we highly recommend the following environment:

•  LAMP / LEMP Environment preferred
• Windows hosting is not accepted. Please consider switching!
• PHP 8.1 or higher
• MySQL 8.0.16 or higher
• SFTP and SSH capable and enabled

For automated and offsite backups, you should also be able to email, FTP, or SFTP to/from the server.
