If the solution is not immediately apparent, we will revert the site to the most recent backup created before the update.
We will allocate up to one (1) hour to troubleshoot and fix the issue. If we are unable to resolve it within that time, we will provide you with a time and cost estimate, allowing you to decide whether you would like us to proceed.
